Please read through the Van Guidelines (PDF) before filling out this Online Application Form. It will explain the purpose of the van and the type of events the van will attend.
Once consideration has been given to the request, the nominated event organiser will be contacted. A letter confirming attendance or non-attendance at the event will also be forwarded to the event organiser. If a decision to attend an event has been made, information outlining van requirements will be sent eg. space and power requirements etc. Event organisers will be notified of what activities will be undertaken by the tenby10 van at the event.
