A number of projects are underway in the Kilns area, one of these involves the redesign of the raw fume bins to prevent blockages which typically results in raw fume spilling on to the ground which could be transported off site on high wind days. Other projects involve upgrading a number of the screw conveyors used in the area and improving sprinkler coverage to better contain any potential emissions and spillage and reducing dust around the site and into the community.
